Jon Whiteley is Managing Director of Diversity in Business and leads a highly experienced team of Diversity practitioners who have worked on supporting major bids and procurement contracts across the public and private sectors.

Jon’s background is in Retail Financial services where he was Senior Diversity Manager at Lloyds TSB and directed key strategies for the Board and senior manager populations. He has firmly positioned Diversity as a mainstream business issue and argues that ownership for a Diversity strategy resides with Business Managers responsible for delivering the Business agenda.

More recently Jon and his team have won a number of assignments relating to supporting clients when bidding for major contracts in the public sector.They have a proven track record in providing successful outcomes for clients in relation to the Diversity element of bids.
